One year old!

I am painfully aware that this blog has not been updated since October.  Lame!  I did however want to share these beautiful pictures of my beautiful children. Here is a summary of each of them since its been so long.

Kroy turned 1 on Star Wars Day.  "May the 4th be with you."  Ha ha.  He is a go-getter and a funny little fella.  He is also very vocal.  Laughing/crying/throwing tantrums, all of these things are very loud. Much louder than the other kids were.  I guess he has to be loud to be heard above all the other kids.

Presley just finished 1st grade.  Such a cutie!  She did so well this year in school and was the best helper for her teacher (which her teacher reminded me of every time we talked).  Very thankful for this sassy, dancing, soccer-loving girl.  She just said she wants Under Armour clothes for her birthday and I almost shed a tear because that is the first time she hasn't asked for a toy for her birthday or Christmas.  She is getting so grown-up.

Speaking of grown-up.....Kenady just finished 4th grade!!!   Such a little lady.  She talks and acts like she's a teenager, but is someone that I would be glad to call my friend.  She is kind to everyone and makes everyone feel included.  I'm proud of the girl she is becoming.   We loved watching her play soccer this year.  Her team ended up winning the championship again this year.  I just have to brag a bit.  In the championship game, Kenady played goalie for the 2nd half, which was only her 3rd time playing goalie.  They ended up going into a shoot-out with Kenady as goalie.  I was dying with nervousness and excitement, as was she.  After 3 rounds of 5 kicks each, she finally stopped one more goal that the other goalie and we won. She did awesome!!!  It was incredible and the first time as a parent that I got to cheer for my child in such an important game.  Lets just say that I can't wait for more!  So much fun!
Teag.  What can I say?  Such a little stud.  All boy.  Teag's favorite things:  water, frogs, fish, orcas, puddles, lakes, swimming pools, catching tadpoles, snorkel and goggles, dirt, climbing trees, potato bugs, lizards, riding his borrowed Dora the Explorer bike, reading books, going to the library, his BFF Courage.  We are pretty sure he will be a marine biologist if he keeps up his passion for all things related to water.  Love him and he is so handsome!

Time marches on as always.  We are almost done with our journey here in North Carolina and we are headed back to Rock Springs.  Josh graduates as a Green Beret in about 12 days and I can't tell you what a great experience it has been for our family to come out here and do this.  I am so proud of Josh and what he has accomplished.  He is amazing!

We are very excited to see all of our friends and family back in Wyoming and Utah but are very sad to leave the the friends we have made here and the beautiful scenery.
